We are owner builders so we have done this a few times on our own, looking for trades organising material etc. Building with Joe and his team was a first and not the last. We had previously signed with a larger well publicised builder in Adelaide, and had been given the run around for months. We pulled the pin and decided to start the process all over again. Knowing exactly what we wanted seemed to be more of a hindrance to the bigger builders. Then we were put onto Joe and the team, what a godsend! The entire process from enquiring for a quote on the design that we knew we wanted, to adding extra inclusions and asking for specific items to be included in the fixed price contract, to being able to deal directly with the owner and his team and the trades, was seamless. Every single tradesperson has a longstanding relationship with All Jag, and it shows with their excellent professionalism and the quality of their work. All work was completed on time, early a lot of the time, and was done exceptionally. The worksite was always kept tidy, as well as inside whilst construction was happening, which we greatly appreciated. The communication - via email/in person or over the phone - was always friendly and prompt, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our family was going through some health issues, and the team at All Jag were so amazing throughout and everything ran smoothly even when we couldn't enquire to see how things were progressing. Our build from start to finish was still less than most of the other builders had quoted, and this was over the Christmas/new year period as well. We have already recommended All Jag to all of our friends and family, well anyone that will listen really! We cannot speak highly enough of how ecstatic we are with our finished home, which is so perfect, we pinch ourselves every day that we own this piece of paradise! Thank-you SO much Joe and the team, we had a stress free building experience and if we were planning on building again we would not hesitate to go through All Jag over and over again.
